Here is all you must do
Step 1: Check the table below for your estimate cost of service, this does not include the price

Step 2: Fill out the Contact us form below with your information
Step 3: Send the unit to us at 13055 Starkey Road Largo FL 33773 by UPS, FedEx or USPS
enclose your name, address, phone number and email.
Step 4: When we receive the unit, we will notify you by email or phone.
Step 5: We perform an inspection, test the unit to ensure your unit passes all the OEM tests and
then replace the battery
****If your unit fails any test and cannot be recertified, we will offer you a $25 trade in
credit towards the purchase of a new unit through us. If you would like the unit back,
there will be a $40 testing and return fee. The unit will be returned in a non-working
state.
Step 6: We will reach out via phone for payment
Step 7: Your device is shipped back to you insured, via FedEx or UPS. An email will be sent
with your return tracking number.
If your unit fails any test and cannot be recertified, we will offer you full credit for the battery service plus a $25 trade in credit towards the purchase of a new unit through us at that time.
If you want the unit back, we will refund you the price of the battery service minus a $40 testing and return fee. The unit will be returned in a non-working state.
